Two NEW Extra Wide Fabrics and a May for Me Giveaway!

I love opening up packages, even when I know what it inside them!  The Red is NEW!  It is a Christmas Red or a Flag Red.  The purple is a regular purple and I was out of it for a week or so and now it is back in stock and available on my website.
I am sure I will use some of this Red in my Red, White, and Blue Block for the Blog Hop July 1st.

Ohh... I love a rich Red, but you do know my favorite color is Blue...  Does that give you a clue about my Red White and Blue Block?

This next one is a true Blue, but not as dark as a Flag Blue.

I added a second NEW color recently to my website.  It is a Red Purple.

I am a BLUE person... but I love the Red Purple too.


A question came up this past week.
Can a person order less than a yard of the extra wide fabric? 


Yes, but not on the website, as that can only do the 1 yard increments.  You can order a 1/4 of yard, a 1/2 yard, or even 2 1/2 yards of fabric. You can even order 1/8 yard cuts! Many people use the extra wide fabrics for the last border of their quilt or binding, so there are no seams. The Quilter's Blenders are 108" wide.  
Email me directly to order any amount of the extra wide fabrics. Marcia@craftysewing.com.
Go to the website and pick them out and email me the exact name and amount for each one and I will paypal invoice you.  It is as simple as ordering through the website.


I currently am offering a Shipping Special for May!  I pay part of your shipping!
International orders are welcome too, through email orders.

    The light or medium blue floral fabric would be fabulous with the red. All depends on the overal coloru scheme.

    The first to hit my eye was the New Blue of the shades of blue in it. the Floral Fabric Medium Blue
    also is a great fabric, but I will have to stick with the New Blue as my choise.

    Oh the poor purple fabric! GORGEOUS purple fabric, my favorite color and you just called it 'regular purple'. Purple is SO pretty in my opinion but not regular. LOL (Yes, I know what you meant but had to pick on you ;) )

    Your blue I think really should be the 108 Wide Colortone Floral Fabric Medium Blue. That is an absolutely beautiful shade of blue and one I'd think of being a patriotic shade, not that your Red, White, and Blue quilt necessarily needs to scream Patriotic that I know of but I love that fabric the most........well other than the purple of course. lol

    So? How's that for what should have been a simple answer? ha

    If the colours are accurate then I would go with Floral Fabric Medium Blue or Blender Fabric New BLUE.
    I love the purple red too but I think that would be better suited to a different project.

    Heya, I really like your blog as it gives me a lot of inspiration.

    For the block I suggest that you use 108 Wide Quilter's Blender Fabric Blue since it would contrast best with red and white in my opinion.
