I took these two photos with my camera phone. I wanted to show you how nice it looked on their table. Also, so you could see it full length, because I realized the photos I took on my table, before I gave it to them, were up close and not full length.
I quilted it with the Paisley Swirly Quilting only in a much smaller version than the quilting last week.
I quilted with a Alpine Green thread. It was a good choice with all the Christmas colors.
The binding is an all machine embroidery stitched binding. I love the little feathery embroidery stitch.
It was a fun table runner to make. It was created from a charm pack of 42 squares and extra fabric for the backing and binding. I made it at a quilt retreat in October. I will get the pattern information for you after the holidays. You will love it!
Of course, stitched in my name and the year.
I will share the hot pads next Tuesday (Jan. 8th) for Hodgepodge Patchwork Tuesday.
Enjoy your day!
Marcia

Beautiful runner! I just love this line of fabric, it's so bright & cheery. I'll be watching for your tute... thanks!
It looks wonderful!
love the runner Marcia....
Marcia, the runner is fabulous. I love how you quilted it too
You made the perfect runner! It is so pretty!
What a great Christmas runner - and it's not even blue! They will love it. Oh - I've been meaning to ask what type of sewing machine you use to get that feathery stitch you use for your bindings? I am beginning to look for a new sewing machine and am getting quite confused. Too many choices.
I love this table runner and just finished making placemats with some of the same fabrics. Can't wait for you to share the pattern.
Beautiful runner Marcia. I LOVE the paisley swirl quilting. That really finished the runner off very nicely.
So pretty....
It turned out lovely! I also love how you sign your name in your quilting!
Very Nice! Happy New Year!
bonito...
I love these colors and you did a great job on the binding. I am looking for an alternate to hand binding and yours looks great.
