It had only the one hole and it was pretty tasty, but I like the taste of the Rhodes better. I need to look at the ingredients, maybe the Rhodes has more sugar. It was sweeter.
The bottom was kind of flat, but it wasn't doughy.
Looking for baking and rising suggestions???
Yes I did have it covered with plastic wrap and I let it rise for about 8 hours at room temperature.
Anyone have a good recipe to make it from scratch that is FAST and I can just whip it up quick, if I need bread for dinner?
I don't want to spend too much time in my kitchen cooking when I can be sewing or blogging, but I really like having the fresh bread.
Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

Sorry I can't help you out - terrible baker even with the pre=made doughs. BUT I love fresh made bread!
I wish I could bake. It just doesn't work out for me. I do keep trying, as I love bread.
I have the most amazing recipe for English Muffin Bread that makes 4 loaves at a time and they do very well in the freezer. I got my recipe here: http://www.onegoodthingbyjillee.com/2012/02/moms-english-muffin-bread.html
Totally AMAZING!!!
