Great pattern! Perfect for a nice May for Me project!
I lean toward more modern quilts right now, since those are the fabrics I'm drawn to.

What Beautiful quilts and they all look so different to me, that's a very unique pattern that can do that.
As for my preferences, typically I am a rebellious traditional quilter yet those Modern quilts are getting more appealing to me all the time. Happy May and Thanks for the chance. Jane

If I had to pick, I'd say traditional.

I like both modern and traditional, depending on the particular pattern.

I like traditional if someone else is making them. I make more modern quilts I think. I love how you can take one pattern and just by the choice of fabrics change the look. It is hard to tell sometimes that it is the same pattern. You have beautiful quilts. I love your color combinations.

Such a fabulous and versatile pattern!!! I love making both traditional and modern quilts. I love collecting Kansas Troubles fabric from Moda for my traditional quilts and there is so much modern fabric out there now - I love the lime/chartreuse green and grey combo! Thanks for the wonderful giveaway Marcia!

I enjoy looking at modern quilts, but traditional quilts are what I make because they suit my decor better. I'm glad to have both types... the more fabric choices the better!

I love how one quilt pattern can have so many faces. It really changes with the choice of fabrics and color.

I have done more traditional quilts, but more modern quilts have been calling my name. That pattern looks like it would be a good one to use. Nancy: rangerer@sbcglobal.net

I love the look of traditional quilts, that's what I grew up with. I prefer to make and own more modern designs because of color and style, just love a bright pop of color.

I love the modern quilts, but I think its because of the bright colors used.

I like everything. I like traditional more than modern but I try to stay open to everything. I don't really like working with solid colors so much, I like the tone on tones more.

I could like either modern or traditional quilting. It all depends on the quality of the piecing and the color choices. Right now I'm leaning towards modern. I like the quilting on your pictures. ll_gee at hotmail my OpenID might not be working.

KatieQ said...

I like traditional quilts with a modern twist. I find myself using more whites and solids in my quilts that give them a more modern look.

Unknown said...

I like traditional blocks, but also enjoy the modern quilts which add new options for stitching, and color selections.

I'm open too both traditional and modern quilts. Right now I'm learning more about modern quilts since they seem to be in my magazines more. I'm all about the color rather than modern or traditional.
