Gathering's New Fabric Area in Boscobel, Wisconsin
A Quilt for Gatherings

Just sharing a few photos of my new quilt pattern for Gatherings. It is lap size about 52 X 52 Square. The pattern will be available at Gatherings Gift Shop in Boscobel and thru' my webstie beginning March 2nd. The quilt will be on display starting today in preparation for their Open House of their new fabric lines.... Thimbleberries and Moda ... to mention a few. The Open House will be Saturday, March 6th from 10 am to 5pm. I will have several quilts on display to show different samplings of the variety of free style quilting that I create for each of my customer's quilts. Some will be very detailed and some will be a more relaxed Ribbon Quilting like on the lap quilt. Note the whimsical flower on the lap quilt!

Baby Quilts!

In addition to my quilting business, I often get requests to make quilts, quite often baby quilts. So I designed a simple colorful quilt pattern that works great for baby quilts. It is kinda of a specialty, unique quilt pattern in that the blocks in the quilt are different each time you make it. The colorful pattern will be unique for each quilt. That is what makes the quilt pattern so cool. It is a one-of-a-kind, no one else will have a baby quilt like it!
More information and pictures of one of the baby quilts I have listed on ebay.
Also a whole page of pictures of the baby quilt that is listed on ebay on my website.

Friendship Quilter's Walk with Grace Donation Quilt

This is our Walk with Grace Donation Quilt for 2009 from the Friendship Quilter's in Richland Center. Each member was given a packet of black and white and red fabric from Linda Kowalski our president from June 2008 to June 2009. We then were given the pattern to make the block and then returned it to Linda. She then assembled the quilt and asked me to quilt it with an overall freestyle quilting. I used a Grey thread. It is on display at the Richland County Bank. It will go on the Walk with Grace Radio Auction in Richland Center on Monday, August 10, 2009. The radio station is WRCO 100.9 FM. A few close up pictures on my website... www.craftysewing.com --- the Quilts for a Cause -- Other Good Causes page.
